- Enrollment
You may enroll in our online coding bootcamp program by filling out our online registration form. By enrolling in the program, you represent and warrant that all the information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful. We reserve the right to reject any enrollment for any reason in our sole discretion. You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in the program.
2.Course Material
All course material, including videos, code samples, assignments, and projects, are the property of our online coding bootcamp and are protected by copyright law. You are not allowed to share, copy, or distribute any course material without our prior written consent. You acknowledge and agree that the course material is for your personal use only and you may not use it for any commercial or other purposes.
3.Course Schedule
We will provide you with a schedule of the program which will include the start date, end date, and the deadline for each assignment. We reserve the right to change the schedule at our discretion, including the course content, duration of the program, and any other related matters. If we make any changes, we will notify you in advance.
4.Payment
You are responsible for paying the full tuition fee for the online coding bootcamp program. We accept payment through credit card, PayPal, or other approved methods. All payments are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel your enrollment in the program if payment is not received by the due date.
5.Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your enrollment in the online coding bootcamp program at any time if you violate any of these terms and conditions or engage in any behavior that we deem inappropriate, in our sole discretion. In such cases, we will not be liable for any refund or compensation.
6.Code of Conduct
You must conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner at all times during the online coding bootcamp program. You are not allowed to engage in any behavior that is discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise offensive. We reserve the right to terminate your enrollment if you engage in any such behavior.
7.Intellectual Property
You acknowledge and agree that any code, software, or other intellectual property that you create during the online coding bootcamp program is the property of our online coding bootcamp. You are not allowed to use, share, or distribute any such intellectual property without our prior written consent. You acknowledge that any violation of this clause may result in legal action against you.
8.Limitation of Liability
Our online coding bootcamp is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the program will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any damages that may arise from your use of the online coding bootcamp program, including but not limited to, any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
